She is survived by: her father Floyd Burger of Grant Park; her husband Nathan Verhulst; her children, Alexis and Cameron Verhulst; and her siblings, Melissa Mort of Grant Park, Julie Wilson (Jerry) of Manteno and Michael Burger (Stephanie) of Lowell, Indiana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
