She is survived by: her brother Thomas Cell (Tina) of Granite City, Illinois; and her siblings-in-law, Patricia Welle (Larry) of Ballwin, Missouri, Michael Dillon (Geraldine) of Fenton and James Dillon (Deborah) of Town. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
