Virginia E. Young Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia E. Young (Godfrey, Illinois), born in Summersville, Missouri, who passed away on November 1, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Huskey and Josephine Huskey (Mitchell); and her husband Edward Young. She is survived by: her son Terry (Gaye Young) of Edwardsville; her grandchildren, Justin Young, Amber and David Kennedy; her great grandchildren, Anneliese Kennedy and Amelie Kennedy; and her sisters, Bonnie Ament of Summersville, MO and Ailene Kelly of Granite City, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, American Cancer Society, Shriner's Hospital for Children, or to a charity of one's choice.
