He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bryan and Velma Margaret Cook (Hollon); and his brother Thomas Cook. He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn Kay Nolan Nov; his daughters, Debbie Pinela of Tennessee and Tammy Weber of Florida; his stepdaughter Misty Zerance (Barry) of Rosewood Heights; his grandchildren, Casey, Kevin, Justice, Jayda, Autumn, Leland, Camden, Austin M., Tyler and Kaytlyn; and his brother Bobby Cook (Deborah) of Brighton.
