He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert W. Harvey and Edith M. Scoggins Harvey (Thiel); his wife Treva A. (Grisham); his granddaughter Jennifer Scoggins; and his sisters, Lela Weirich and Ellen Stemmler.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Lamparter of Godfrey and Noland Scoggins (Mickey) of Piasa; his granddaughter Rachel Scoggins; and his brother David Scoggins of Holiday Shores.
Memorials may be made to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness, Central Congregation in Alton.
