It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hayley Ann West (Glendale Heights, Illinois), born in Downers Grove, Illinois, who passed away on May 5, 2018, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. West (Karen Kedziora) of Glendale Heights; her siblings, Edward West (Cassie) of Joliet, Trevor West of West Chicago, Devin Pokosa of West Chicago and Marissa West of West Chicago; her nieces, Autumn West and Aria West; her nephew Anthony West; and her grandparents, Eleanor Mullins, Edward Mullins of Glendale Heights, Michael Wheatley and Alice Wheatley of Vandalia.
