We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2022, at the age of 95, Vernon W. Klaus of Glen Carbon, Illinois, born in Alhambra, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert Klaus; his brothers-in-law, Marcellus Schrage and Arthur Rock; and his niece Janet Bollman. He is survived by: his wife Marcella Eberhart; his children, Bonnie of Edwardsville, Brian Kilmurray of Edwardsville, Randy of Edwardsville and Caron Klaus of Edwardsville; his grandchildren, Ryan Klaus of Edwardsville and Sarah Govreau (Jason) of Marine; his great grandchildren, Kirstin Klaus, Cooper Govreau and Cohen Govreau; his sister Evelyn Schrage of Edwardsville; and his sister-in-law Geraldine Rock of Glen Carbon.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to the National Children's Cancer Society.
