She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Charles and Josephine Barbara Mateyka (Smola); her husband Richard Charles Perry; and her siblings, Joann Slivka, Doris Talick and Wilbur Mateyka.
She is survived by: her sons, Don (Kim Perry), Mark (Teri Perry) and Brian (Tammy Perry); her grandchildren, Amy (Brad Kimes), Toni (Chris Crunk), Kati Perry, Jeremy Garner, Collin (Amanda Perry), Andrea Speiser and Brianna Perry (Blake Perry); and her great grandchildren, Finley, Emma, Christopher, Hunter, Ben, Leo, Oliver, Max, Allison, Sophia and Jack. She is also survived by other extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Cecilia Catholic Church and may be accepted at the funeral home.
