She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Skaggs and Ella Skaggs (Cook); her great grandchild Brooke Burkhart; and her siblings, Carl Skaggs, Ed Skaggs, Donald Skaggs, Mary Beck and Helen Dunham.
She is survived by: her daughter Barb; her son-in-law Steve Gallatin of Edwardsville; her grandsons, Rodney L. (Diane Woll) and Ryan D. (Christine Woll); her great grandchildren, Jake Woll, Courtney Woll and Amanda Woll; and her pet Allie. She is also survived by several nieces; other extended family and friends.
Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation and may be accepted at the funeral home.
