He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Kraus and Charlotte Kraus; his former wife Mary Kraus; and his sisters, Virginia Melstar and Margaret Stevenson.
He is survived by: his sons, Chuck Kraus, Jr. (Michele), Darryl Kraus (Polly) and John Kraus (Lynn). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren.
