It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Neeley of Glen Carbon, Illinois, born in Granite City, Illinois, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Allen and Mary Allen (French); and her stepfather Hubert Joyce. She is survived by: her children, Correen "Cory" Brandt, Elaine Brown, Keith Darner, Christine Darner and Michelle Mikeal.
