She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Jelski and Pauline Jelski (Czyzniejewski); her husband Robert Joseph; her stepchildren, Mark Sedlacek, Donna Sedlacek and Dennie Sedlacek; her stepdaughter-in-law Deena Sedlacek; her son Gene Brainer; and her brothers, Adam E. Jelski and Raymond Jelski.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Steve Sedlacek of Glen Carbon, Laurie Askew of Glen Carbon and Tina Lundak (Bill) of Glen Carbon; her daughter-in-law Kathy Sedlacek of Glen Carbon; her children, Tina Reck (Michael) of Kouts, Indiana and Eric Brainer of Barnhart, Missouri; and her sister Evelyn Nelson of Stuart, Florida. She is also survived by many grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other extended family and many friends.
Memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, Jack Graichen Memorial Chapter #90 in Glen Carbon and may be accepted at the funeral home.
