He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blasingame and Jewell Blasingame; and his spouse Shirley Blasingame. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Blasingame (Terri) of Collinsville, IL, James Blasingame (Bonnie) of Collinsville, IL, John E. "Jeb" Blasingame (Ginger) of Collinsville, IL, Lee C. Harlan IV of St. Louis, MO and Robert K. Harlan of Camdenton, MO; his grandchildren, Joshua Blasingame, Jacob Blasingame (Kailey), Benton Blasingame (Kristen), Jared Blasingame, Cade Blasingame, Brooke Blasingame, Jordan Blasingame, Brooks Poltl, Tanner Poltl and Lindsay Leverett (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Marie Blasingame, Olivia Leverett, Gracie Leverett and Tristan Hall; his sister Lei Lani Mangrum of Trumann, AR.; and his nephew Michael Mangrum of Monett, AR. He is also survived by many cousins, in-laws, and friends.
