He is survived by: his wife Sherry Rene Terry of Glen Carbon, Illinois; his children, John Michael Terry (Emma) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Katie Lynn Stein (Paul) of St. Charles, Missouri, Donald Jacob Miller of St. Paul, Minnesota and Amanda Rene Mitchell (Shane) of Batavia, Ohio; his grandchildren, Isaiah Michael Terry, Campbell Paige Stein, Paul Andrew Stein and Avery Rene Mitchell; his brothers, Dennis Michael Terry (Linda) of Edwardsville and David Joseph Terry (Jennifer) of Edwardsville, Illinois; and his parents-in-law, Bruce and Dorothy Foster of Maryville, Illinois. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
