It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward W. O'Connell of Glen Carbon, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on October 27, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel J. O'Connell and Anna O'Connell (Shaw); his wife Erna O'Connell (Kinas); and his siblings, Daniel J. O'Connell and Mary Louise O'Connell.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia O'Connell (Gayle Eckart) of Troy; his nephew Mike (Nicole O'Connell) of California; and his niece Joyce Gillette of California. He is also survived by cousins; other extended family and friends.
