Demona Lorene Holtkamp Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2021, at the age of 96, Demona Lorene Holtkamp of Glen Carbon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Luie Elkins and Maude Elkins (Cochrum); her husband Jesse Holtkamp; her son Gary Holtkamp; her grandson Deric Sowell; and her sister Dorothea "Dot" Alexander.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara L. Sowell (Perry M.) and Jon Holtkamp (Tricia); her grandchildren, Patrick Sowell (Cherise), Christy Torrez (Phill), Thomas Holtkamp, Olivia Holtkamp, Tessa Holtkamp, Keri Proffitt (Tony) and Cheryl Holtkamp; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Jesse, Lucas, Brooke, Mckenna, Cole, Morgan, Kiersten, Mallory, Megan and Brooklynn; and her daughter-in-law Connie Holtkamp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
