She is survived by: her husband Dallas Thomas Harrell Jr. of Glen Carbon; her daughter Patricia; her son-in-law Frank Paul of Lakewood, Ohio; her sons, Dallas "Tom" Harrell III of Collinsville and Steven J. Harrell of Highland; and her grandson Tony Diaz (Simone) of Denver, Colorado. She is also survived by many nieces; nephews; other extended family and friends.
