She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Belk and Emma Bell Bates Belk; her spouse Lucia Jacobus Jr.; and her siblings, Hazel McElfresh, Leo, Claude and Earl Belk. She is also survived by her 2 nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
