He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Harvey and Eva Harvey (Mullen); and his brother Gary Harvey. He is survived by: his spouses, Judith K. Dyer and Judy Harvey of Girard, IL; his children, Scot Harvey (Lori) of Edwardsville, IL and Lori Harvey of Athens, IL; and his grandchildren, Brea, Ashton, Dacy, Mason and Keagan.
