She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Owings and Melba Owings (Hoops); her husband Charles W. Snow Jr.; and her siblings, Shirley Owings, William and Michael Owings.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Ann Hall (Phillip) of Girard, Kathy Jolene Boaz (Norman) of Girard, Kerri Liane Burris (David) of Glen Carbon, IL and Eric Charles Snow (Summer) of Edwardsville, IL; and her sisters, Rosalie Holmes of Springfield, IL, Brenda Cordier of Springfield, IL, Sharon Fairclough of Springfield, IL, Deborah Brown (Greg) of Springfield, IL and Patsy Diles of Quincy, IL. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
