It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Skinner (Girard, Illinois), born in McCook, Nebraska, who passed away on January 24, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Layton and Elsie Alice Dack Skinner; his former wife Ella Mae (Virginia Skinner); his daughter Alice Larton; and his sisters, Julie Skinner and Eleanor Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Keila Jackson (Roger) of Girard, IL, Lily Barker (Bernie) of Girard, IL, Brenda Lowe (George Smith) of Columbia, MO, Raymond Skinner (Julie Cherry) of Auburn, IL and Brian Skinner of Thayer, IL; and his brother Bill Skinner of Sedalia, MO.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
