He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Barnes and Carolyn Barnes (Anderson); his wife Barbara Barnes of Girard, IL; his children, Dalton Barnes of Girard, IL, Brenda Barnes of Girard, IL and Tori Barnes of Girard, IL; and his brothers, Bruce Barnes of Atwater, IL and Brent Barnes of Girard, IL. He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.
