He is survived by: his wife Rita Spencer (Wheeler); his sons, Rod Spencer (Heidi) of Troy, IL, Roger Spencer of Springfield, IL, Richard Spencer (Julie) of Shiloh, IL and Randy Spencer of Burlington, IA; his sister Mary Clark of Modesto, IL; his grandchildren, Ryan, Miranda, Nicholas, Jarod, Justin, Camden and Kylan; and his great grandchildren, Lilly and Ryan Jr..
