Bertolis (Campbell) of Gillespie, IL; his son Trenton Bertolis of Wilsonville, IL; and his siblings, Mike D. Bertolis of Mt. Olive, IL, Kevin J. Bertolis (Misty) of Gillespie, IL, Julie Yudinsky of Carlinville, IL, Timothy Blevins and Palmer Blevins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
