He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Carrigan and Agnes Carrigan (Winter); his children, Brad Lee, Jeffrey Allen and Carla Ann Carrigan; his brothers, Dale and Paul Carrigan; and his nephew Don Carrigan.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Baber; his niece Diane Smith of Ridge Farm; his great-nephews, Dennis Gardner (Juli) of Ridge Farm, Thomas Gardner, AJ Todd of Arkansas and Shannon Carrigan of Plainfield, IL; and his niece-in-law Dana Carrigan of Carbon Hill, IL..
Memorial donations may be made in his honor to the United Methodist Church in Georgetown.
