He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Campbell; and his brother-in-law Tod Lesmann. He is survived by: his mother Ann Campbell (Mathewson); his siblings, Ann Rea of Geneva, Ralph of Geneva, Robert (Catarina) of Sandwich, Carole Lesmann of St. Charles and Claire Aubart (Randy) of Hayward, Wisconsin; and his nieces and nephews, Rebecca, Robert "Cole", Shannon, Mary Kate, Sarah Rose, Jessica and Tyler. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
