He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ted and Steve. He is survived by: his wife Melinda; his sons, Hayden (Claire) and Chris (Meg); his grandchildren, Connor (Stephanie), Maggie, Sydney, Ethan, Riley, Mackenzie and Hunter; and his sisters, Ruth and Susan.
