He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lewandowski and Charlotte Lewandowski; and his brothers, Gerald Lewandowski and Ronald Lewandowski. He is survived by: his wife Carla; his daughter Dee Thielk (Brian); his grandson Brandon Thielk; and his siblings, Gloria Fischer (James), Mike Lewandowski (Jean) and Norb Heske (Kira). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
