We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2020, at the age of 94, Matthew J. Mehr of Geneva, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Mehr and Anna Mehr (Stephan); and his sister Dorothy Mandera. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean (Liszeo); his children, Robert Mehr (Janine) of Elburn, Karla Winterberger (Patrick) of St. Charles, Bradley Mehr (Linda) of Wayne and David Mehr (Sharon) of Geneva; his grandchildren, Jenna Yakle (Andy), Matt Mehr, Sean (Dianna Meiresonne), Bradley, Karla "Kee" Winterberger, Lauren Lemenager (Matt), Christine Mehr, Elizabeth Hagan (Jimmy), David Mehr, Kevin Mehr and Michael Mehr; his great grandchildren, Gueniviere Yakle, Mariella Yakle and William Hagan; and his sister Lorraine Suerth. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

Due to current health care restrictions involving Covid- 19 and social distancing, we are limited to a gathering of 50 people at a time, standards of occupancy will be upheld. To attend please be prepared to wear a mask and/or wait if occupancy standards need to be met before entering.
