She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Westberg and Ellen Benson; her husband Charles A Locke; her grandchildren, Jennifer Locke and Nicholas Theis; her siblings, Shirley Madden and John Westberg; and her close friend Chuck Showalter.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Locke, Bruce Locke (Katherine) and Jill Locke DeJourno; her grandchildren, Alan Theis, David Locke and Leslie Locke; and her great grandchild Hudson Theis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
