She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence Lohr and Mary Lohr; her children, Mary Murphy (James) of Aurora, Illinois, Ellen Higgins of Geneva, Illinois, Michael Higgins (Lucile) of Milton, Georgia, Sheila MacKenzie (Mark), Patrick Higgins (Janet) and Margaret Buchner (Michael) of Wayzata; her sister Dorothy Schricker of Davenport; and her husband James D. Higgins. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
