She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Jessen and Ronald Jessen; her former husband Michael Todhunter; and her brother Wayne Jessen. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Lynsey and Ashley; her husband Bill Garrett; her daughters, Lynsey Roe (Frank), Todhunter and Ashley Mancione (Grant); her grandchildren, Calvin, Ruby, Remy and Hayes; and her siblings, Valerie Kohen (Reis), Sharon Sasso (Reis), Lloyd Jessen and Robert Jessen.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Amvets National Service Foundation.
