She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Elliott and Dolores Elliott; and her siblings, Karen Kosek (late Stanley) and Patrick Elliott. She is survived by: her husband Robert Blazick; her daughters, Peggy Morris and Dawn Jamrog (Jeff); her grandchildren, Rachel Koch (John), Sean Irvin, Steven Jamrog and Amanda Jamrog; and her nieces and nephews, Vickie Ochocinski (Greg), Stan Kosek, Kathy Shemroske, Gayle Irvin and Lin Sears (late John).
