He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Mindy Burts (Charlie) of Springfield and Shaun Miller of Herndon; his grandsons, Simon Burts and Alex Burts; his parents, John Miller and Rita Miller; and his siblings, Don Miller, Larry Miller (Claire), Steve Miller (Cathy), Jeff Miller (Deb), Mary Clouner (Carey) and Donna Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
