He is survived by: his wife Donna; his sister Marian Schouten (Richard); his children, Rachel Bata (Daniel), Joshua Berk (Chanda) and Matthew Berk (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Jack, Ryan, Alexander, Ewan, Kerrigan, Mackenzie and Quinn.
