William E. Dawson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Dawson of Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert E. Dawson and Ethel M. Dawson (Pennington); and his sister Marie Larson. He is survived by: his wife Karon; his daughters, Cindy England (Dan), Jennifer Hinrick (Rick), Julie Dawson (Greg), Sherri Dawson (Janice Crysel), Judy Magee (Tom) and Jodi Hanen; and his sisters, Deloris Hillery and Maxine Darst. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Great Peoria Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
