He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Johnson and Jane Johnson. He is survived by: his brothers, Steve Johnson (Cindy) of East Moline, Illinois, Jeff Johnson of Vincennes, Indiana, Rick Johnson (Nancy) of Fountain Hills and Robert Johnson (Michelle) of St. Charles, Missouri; his uncle Bob Johnson (Priscilla) of Corvallis, Oregon; and his daughter Melanie Bazan (Ivan) of Albany, Oregon..
