She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry McVay and Irene McVay (Weir); her husband Donald "Weasel" M. Haynes; her daughter Patsy A. Nutt; her brothers, Paul and Glen McVay; and her daughter Cathy Haynes.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Dumse (late Larry) of Galesburg, Larry Haynes (Jennifer) of Avon, Audrey Creek (late Jeff) of Galesburg and Sally Hillman (Mike) of East Galesburg. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
