It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glenn A. Rigdon (Galesburg, Illinois), born in Yuma, Colorado, who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Armin and Bertha Lee Rigdon (McClanahan); his brothers, Charles and Verl Rigdon; and his foster sister Buena Walters.

He is survived by: his wife Loraine E. James; his children, Stephen W. Rigdon (Lynn) of Champaign, Lisa K. Sanders (Douglas) of Oklahoma City, Vicky L. Stotler (Tony) of Warrensburg, Todd A. Rigdon (Angeli) of Des Moines and Julie A. Howard (Brian) of Williamsfield, Illinois; and his sister-in-law Sonja Rigdon of Queen City, Missouri. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Gideons, Galesburg Rescue Mission or Bethel Baptist Church.
