It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary W. Cook of Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Cook and Margery L. Cook (Smith); his brother Michael Lee Cook; and his stepbrother Michael Goodwin. He is survived by: his children, Chi Kellar of Galesburg, Amy Cook of Galesburg, Stephen Cook of Galesburg, Shelly Mitchell of Georgia and Abby Fiora of Georgia; his grandson Brandon Cook of Eureka, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Rosella and Logan; and his siblings, Thomas LeRoy Cook of Galesburg and Pamela Sue Corbin (Ron) of Galesburg.
