She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert M. Garfield and G. June Garfield (Lundquist); her husband Milton H. Yelm Jr.; her son Steven Yelm; her sister J. Diane Yelm; and her brother-in-law Charles Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Jon Yelm (Patricia Murphy) of Galesburg and Vicki Tenhaaf (Doug) of Galesburg; and her sister Dixie J. Miller of Moline. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
