She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Arthur and Marie Lillian Mack (Hladky); her spouse Housel Roberts; and her siblings, Jeanette Engler, Patricia Farrell, John "Jack" Mack and Robert Mack.
She is survived by: her former spouse Dale Johnson; her sister Virginia Good of Statesboro; her brother-in-law Jerry Engler of Beatrice, Nebraska.; her extended family Knud Ullerup (Christine Williams) of Altona, Illinois.; and her granddaughter Ellen Maree Ullerup-Mathers (Benjamin) of Fitchburg. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
