He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rose, Daniel Covelli Jr., Arvid Miller, Bill and Midge Erickson; his great-grandparents, Kermit and Ruth Erickson; his aunt Dawn Miller; his great-uncle Laurence; and his aunt Audrey Coltrin.
He is survived by: his adoptive father Rick Miller (Patricia Erickson-Miller); his parents, Rick Miller and Patricia Erickson-Miller of Freeport; his sisters, Krista Miller (Todd Brown) of Milford, IL and Erica Miller of Freeport, IL; his aunt Peggy Auwerda of Strattford, IA; his uncles, Arvid Miller (Sandy) of Schaumburg, IL and Arden Miller (Karen) of Huntley, IL; his niece Jazzmyn Brown; and his stepgrandmother Cindy Miller of South Elgin, IL.
