She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Smith and Lorna G. Smith (Luebbing); and her brother Steven E. Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Mandi Lynn Cain; her grandson Elijah "Cozmo" Cain; her boyfriend Richard Nickel; her sisters, Julie Smith and Dena Burke (Robert); her niece Claire Burke; her great-niece Violet Burke; and her aunt Marlene Swank.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in Debbie's memory.
