He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Stout Sr. (Sonny) and Margaret Stout (Knodle); his wife Jean A. Schweitzer; and his siblings, Sally Penticoff and Milton Stout.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie J. Homan (Tim) of Rockford, IL, Timothy J. Stout of Aiea and James D. Stout (Tina) of Freeport, IL.; his granddaughters, Melissa Scotti (Ray) of Ridott, IL, Kristin Remmers RN of Normal, IL., Jenna Krahmer of Madison, WI and Jessica Wadium (Tim) of La Crosse, WI.; and his close friend Betty Fenton of Freeport, IL..
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any donations be made to the FHN Foundation, Freeport Parks Foundation/Park Hills Golf Course, or the Friends Forever Humane Society.
