He is survived by: his wife Paula Spence; his daughters, Amber Babbs (John) of New Berlin and Jade Bumgarner (Andy) of Chapin; his grandsons, Ryan, Tyler, Nicolas Babbs, Avery Garner and Canon Bumgarner; and his siblings, Melvin Utsler of Bethany and Linda Hunter (Tom) of Williamsport, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
