He is survived by: his friends, Mike, Kathy Boothe, Keith and Margie Kelderhouse; his children, Amanda Rathje (Paul) and Lindsey Hale (Tucker); his sister Sharon Pass (Robert); and his stepsons, David (Debby) and Donald Fisher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
