He is survived by: his children, Cyndi Foglio of Wonder Lake, IL, Leo Howard Jr. (Ingrid) of Phoenix, AZ and Randy Howard (Cathy) of Fox Lake, IL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.
