With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tammye Burge of Flora, Illinois, who passed away on May 15, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Karren Elaine Powell (Jennings); her grandson Christian Scaggs; and her stepfather Charlie Hodge. She is survived by: her father Clint Powell of Russelville, Alabama; her husband Mike Burge of Flora; her children, Stephenie Dickerson (Michael) of Flora, Jenny Huynh of Effingham, Dakota Kemmerer (Josh) of Iuka, Alexis Barnick of Louisville, Angie Burge of Louisville and David Burge of Flora; and her brothers, Neale Powell (Sharon) of Perkinston and Dustin Hodge (Casey) of Iuka. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to Strong Tower Church and will be accepted through the funeral home.
