He was predeceased by: his father George Tolliver; and his son Anthony "Tink" Tolliver. He is survived by: his mother Vivian Tolliver (Rinehart) of Flora; his children, Susie Koehler of Clay City and Tommy Tolliver of Louisville; his sister Jane Stanford (Bill) of Flora; and his daughter-in-law Jamey Tolliver. He is also survived by brother-in-law: Leo Bible of Louisville; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
